While Lindsay started in hospitality, she found her passion in starting her own businesses and offering her copywriting and marketing expertise to SMBs across industries of all verticals. Lindsay brings her understanding of what it takes to help a business thrive and applies that to every client account with dedication as if it were her own.

Outside of Refract, Lindsay enjoys running her own metalsmithing and sustainability-focused copywriting businesses, spending time with her two cats – Aura & Manchester – and planning her travels around regional food and restaurant reservations.
